Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp has been a Canadian actress for many years. She is well-known for the roles she played in the film industry and on television. The actress is popular on Canadian and American TV. Emily became interested in the acting when she was 12. Her older sister Katie in the film studio. Once she discovered her passion for the acting world she enrolled herself in classes for it and began auditioning. Her first audition was for commercials, but she was not cast until getting a part on the Canadian kids' horror TV show Are You Are You Scared of Darkness? It was just only one scene and without any dialogue. On the WB television show Glory Days, she received her first big break at age 15. Emily's performance in Glory Days, a show on WB that was cancelled nine episodes later, caught the attention of and landed Greg Berlanti from Dawson's Creek. Additionally, a dancer and a photographer Emily was featured in Teen as one of the top actresses under the age of 20. Maxim's Hot 100 for 2014 listed her at number 51.
