Dwayne, who planted Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now its pastor. The church is also part of Acts 29 Network, where he is the Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is driven to train the future generation of biblical counselors. He serves as a member of the board for Biblical Counseling. He is the author of many online pieces as well as a co-author of Christ Centered biblical counseling, changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.
