April Lockhart

April Lockhart is a born July 4th in 1995. As a seventh-grade student she began to take guitar lessons and piano lessons. It was this that ignited her love for music writing. When she was in seventh grade April started taking guitar and piano classes. It sparked her interest in songwriting. In her 14th year, April devoted much of her time creating and playing with songs. The songwriting began alongside her father at home in NY and LA within a short time. April was also able to add other themes in the song "Take My Hand" to help her friends who dealt with problems like peer pressure, problems, as well as teens who committed suicide. Lockhart is a popular figure and also works as a lifestyle blogger with the popular Ilia the Clean Beauty brand. It's true that she was born without a left hand. This is what makes her different. But this isn't the only aspect that makes her unique. The profile of Lockhart on Instagram does not hide her disability but doesn't concentrate solely on her disability. The point? This is the message: We all have many identities, we're way more diverse than we think we are. I don't want that to define me I don't wish to become a disability influencer where that's all I speak about since there are so many other things about my life. But it's also a part of me, so I believe it's essential to discuss. The journey of self-acceptance that Lockhart has taken will be one that lasts an entire lifetime. She has been a source of inspiration with regard to this. Lockhart admits to having gone through phases where she felt insecure about wearing certain clothing styles which exposed her arms. Now, though she dons whatever she wants and posts images of her outfits to social media with pride. The journey itself is the key thing I don't know that you ever arrive she says of self-love.
